Device monitoring capabilities from SNMP include, among other things:
Network statistics, defined in RFC 1213, MIB-II
Port statistics, defined in RFCs 1316 and 1317
Device information, defined in Digi enterprise MIB DIGI-DEVICE-INFO.mib
